This is my first nitro rc car, so please be nice. Im not sure if its running to lean or too rich - the quality of the video is quite bad, but Im wondering whether the speed and acceleration Im getting is good or not. The only bit of tuning Ive done is to turn the high-speed needle clockwise 1/8 turn and then the engine started to stall at full throttle. I dont think its due to over-heating, because it takes about 8-9 seconds for my saliva to evaporate from the motor heatsink. Also, the second gear doesnt seem to be engaging (at least I cant hear any change in rpm), probably implying that the rpms arent high enough. Whats going wrong????I hope anybody can help.
